Our company has run for and won subsidy at tender construction titled „Economic Development and Innovation Operational Programme (GINOP) – Supporting the marketing and getting on international markets with products
and services produced by micro-, small- and medium businesses” on 9th of January 2018.
Title of Our project: “Improving and introducing the DocEnt general purpose document management system to international
SMB sector”
Project identification number: GINOP-3.1.2-8-2-4-16-2017-00038
Execution period: 01.04.2018 – 01.31.2019. Amount of subsidy: 13,71 Million HUF, 40%
This project is aided
by the Hungarian State and the European Regional Development Fund.
The aim of the project is accessing international markets with the DocEnt general purpose document management system that is currently being partly rewritten and improved. The destination countries
– alongside the Hungarian market – are primary Germany and other German speech area European markets. Germany could provide a significantly solvent market for software that are inland developed, great in
quality and pricewise highly competitive with German developments; for these reasons we aim this market with DocEnt. Considering end user organization size our focus is on the SMB sector. Accessing these
markets minor improvements and creating English/German versions are necessary.
English version is expected to be used in other countries around the globe alongside the English language areas.
DocEnt primally serves the needs of SMB’s in the commercial and industrial sector , but all organizations and companies could make use of it that require structured storage and the capability of
rapid overview of their data; for example organizations of the healthcare, legal and cultural provider sectors.
The development process of our software named DocEnt is coming to an end soon. Product tests are continuously ongoing, so our first standalone enterprise document management system will soon be ready for sale.
In
Hungary, we offer our product mainly to small and medium-sized enterprises operating as healthcare, legal, and cultural service provider organizations.
We are especially proud of the fact that we
don’t have to adjust any functions in our software in order for it fit into the legal environment of the customer’s state; at most, some parameters may need to be modified (e.g. regarding the required retention
period). This market benefit makes efficient sale possible for us in German and English-speaking territories as well.
Our business plan is based on customers who do not need the complexity of expensive
DMS systems and are willing to settle for reliable, basic services.
Demands exceeding these basic features are aimed to be fulfilled within a framework of a project-like implementation contract.
We attended the 9–10th November 2018 Austrian Franchise Fair exhibition with our product, DocEnt, and thanks to our successful presentation, we procured earnest Austrian inquiries.
